Just came back from they TRYBE CAMP this afternoon, really had lots of fun during this 3D2N camp. I think everyone of us who attended this camp did brought back useful skills and also learnt few important values which are really have a great impact on them. For me myself, I learnt quite a lot from it, this camp really have a great influence on me :D The theme of this student leadership development camp was ARISE, which consists of 5 important values towards leadership.

Aspire : Embracing a common vision
Reach : Reaching other by helping them to succeed
Interdependence : Working towards a common goal with team unity
Serve : Leading others by serving
Excellence : Demonstrating excellence in personal life and at work

Every values in ARISE are really important, every value were demonstrated during this 3D2N camp ;D The one which impacted me the most is the DINNER EXPERIENCE on day one, it was like so cool! It was held in the nearby community club's rooftop, it was decorated nicely and the ambience was good ;D The campers were like the VIP guests and the Logistic team served us our food in a way which how the waiters and waitresses did in a restaurant. They really put in lots and lots of effort, i really want to thank them ;D This was the first time i experienced this in a camp, TRYBE was the first one. It was special, they served us in excellence, may it be the nice ambience, may it be the things which they did to let us have a awesome dinner and may it be the way which they served us with food one by one, they really did it in excellence! Though we just know each other for the first time, except joanne and dave, they treated us with excellence and somewhat i can feel the warmth within, it feels like home. Hahas ;D I'm CRAPPING!

During the game on NATIONAL TREASURE, we learnt to compromise. Two of your teammates, Junting and Luqman, went into a room to take a look at the'National Treasure', while me, wendy and indah were waiting outside. Our mission is to duplicate the 'National Treasure' with the materials given. The two of them went in one by one, but after we went into discussion, we found out that the image of the 'National Treasure' given by the two of them were not the same. We were stunt at first, but after giving a thought, we decided to compromise on a mixed picture. The finished piece was very colourful as our team decided to combine the two image given by junting and luqman. Hahas, and of course, it was a trick! They have two 'National Treasure' ;D I learnt that, we should really voice out our own opinions instead of keeping quiet, if everyone kept quiet, no one will know what we really wants and what's on our mind. And also, trusting one another. When the two image given by our friends of the 'National Treasure' were different, we trusted them, we know that they will not lie to us, there were two pictures, so tricky man!

The workshop with Nicholas on Advance Project Management taught us a lot more then what we have learnt about project managment in Vision Farm. Nicholas is a good speaker, sometimes cracking jokes to make us feel not so intense. After this, i learnt how to really plan out a good project in four steps: Define, Plan, Excute and End. The talk that the sec 3s had with Jaime and Dy influenced me alot, I learnt to be out-spoken and and also, we must really care for our juniors, and try to interact with them, we are a board, unity and teamwork are really important. Jaime is really a good speaker, talking with her feels so good ;D Have nio stress at all and it feels like having a normal chat with friends ;D And then we had an interview with Guest Speaker, Rachel. Her achievement as a leader made me wanted to set her as a goal, she's really a good leader which makes me want to be like her, motivates me ;D

Overall, all i can say that this camp really rocks! Alot of 'things' were brought back with us, useful things ;D Thanks for all the efforts that you all put in, without you guys, this will not be a sucessful camp. A BIG thankyou to, Dy, Basia, Jaime, Minmin, Vivien, Bingrong, Vege, Daniel, Susin, Lele, Janice, Shu Feng and Colin. Thanks alot guys for all the efforts that you guys put in! Thankyou TRYBE ;D
